The most dreadful thing in the world overdraft fees. I was just charged $151.00 in overdraft fees and called to have it waived and it was accepted. And all I had to do was complain. My suggestions to the consumer is to go straight to the point and ask them to waive the fees. If that doesn't work complain and if complaing to the costomer service employee doesn't work ask if you can talk to the supervisor. The most important thing to do is to get out of that bank if you dont agree with them and find a better bank.
